By accessing or using the Your Destination Taxis website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Fares

When booking a taxi through our platform:

  • You agree to provide accurate pickup and destination information.
  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any applicable surcharges (e.g., airport fees, late-night rates).
  • Estimates provided online are subject to change based on actual route and traffic conditions.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand plans change. However, the following rules apply:

  • Cancellations made within a short timeframe of the pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
  • In the event of a "no-show" (where the passenger is not at the pickup point), the full fare or a minimum call-out fee may be charged.

4. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk to our drivers or other passengers. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

5. Limitation of Liability

Your Destination Taxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical failure.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
